Detailed Narrative Description of Project: The State of Victoria’s funding agencies were merged through rationalising various Authorities and State Agencies into Treasury Corporation of Victoria, with aggregate borrowings in excess of $35 billion. The consolidation of the agencies revealed that several used different accounting and treasury systems. The systems needed to be rationalised and a system adopted for the consolidation of all funding, management and accounting data.

Detailed Description of Actual Services Provided by Our Company: Working with the client’s specialists, we reviewed the operations and systems of each of the agencies, developed and RFT (Request for Tender) and called for Tenders. When the Tenders were received, we prepared an evaluation report, ran a number of workshops with the client and assisted with the selection of the successful supplier (software cost of around $350,000). We assisted with drafting the contract for the service provider: including service levels, development requirements, upgrading plans and staff training.
